Rocket+ is a marketing automation platform that integrates with GoHighLevel (GHL) to provide:
- AI-powered workflow automation (RocketFlow)
- Course generation and content creation tools
- CRM enhancement modules and integrations
- Analytics and reporting features
- API connections and webhook management
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration for AI assistants
The Service requires a valid GoHighLevel account and appropriate OAuth authorization to function.
2. Account Terms
- You must be 18 years or older to use this Service
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
3. Billing and Payments
Subscription Plans
- Free tier: Limited features, no payment required
- Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually via Stripe
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rata refund within first 30 days
- One-time purchases: Refund requests within 14 days considered case-by-case
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for cancellations mid-cycle.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate CAN-SPAM/TCPA regulations
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Circumvent usage limits or abuse free tier offerings
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by RocketOpp LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service. AI-generated content created through our tools belongs to you.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including:
- GoHighLevel: Your use is subject to GHL's terms of service
- Stripe: Payment processing subject to Stripe's terms
- AI Providers (Anthropic, OpenAI): AI features subject to their usage policies
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy or reliability of any content or results
- Security of data transmission or storage
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all automated outputs before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCKETOPP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Damages resulting from third-party conduct or content
- Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RocketOpp LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must discontinue use and cancel your subscription.
11. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data within 30 days of termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RocketOpp LLC regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.
